Cochin – Munnar - Periyar –Trivandrum – Alleppey–Cochin

Day 01 : Cochin.
Arrival at Cochin. Transfer to hotel. Afternoon city sightseeing tour of Cochin visiting the Jewish Synagogue, the Dutch Palace & The St. Francis Church . Overnight at Cochin.

Day 02 : Cochin-Alleppy - Kottayam-Periyar.
Drive to Alleppy by surface and then to Kottayam by Back water cruise. Later proceed for Periyar wild life sanctuary through spice farms & tea plantations , which 117 kms. from Kottayam situated on Lake Periyar in Cardamom Hills region of the western ghats noted for it’s large elephant population & bird life. Overnight in Periyar.

Day 03 : Periyar.
Morning boat ride on lake Periyar specially to watch the herds of wild elephants, other fauna include the Nilgiri Langur and Lion Tailed Macaque . Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Periyar.

Day 04 : Periyar-Kumarakom.
Drive Periyar to Kumarakom via Kottayam. On arrival a short boat ride on Vembanad Lake. Overnight in Kumarakom.

Day 05 : Kumarakom.
Visit the famous Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Rest day leisure to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake. Overnight in Kumarakom.

Day 06 : Kumarakom - Trivandrum.
Drive Kumarakom to Trivandrum which is 176 kms. & approx. 5 hrs drive. On arrival transfer to hotel. Afternoon city tour of Trivandrum visiting the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the Napier Museum & Shri Chitra Art Gallery. Overnight in Trivandrum.

Day 07 : Trivandrum - Kanyakumari.
Drive to Kanyakumari which is 87 kms & approx. 2 hrs drive. On arrival transfer to hotel in Kanyakumari. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Kanyakumari visiting the Kumari Amman Temple, the Vivekananda Rock. In the evening view the the spectacular sunset from the sea side. Overnight in Kanyakumari.

Day 08 : Kanyakumari-Trivandrum
Early morning view sun rise from the sea side. Then drive to Trivandrum . On arrival connect the flight for onward destination.
